Since 2016, we have been donating majority of our profits to Shriners Hospital for Children in Philadelphia. In addition to our cause, we wanted to raise money for children's health. We have donated $12,000 to Shriners Hospital. Additionally, we have visited their hospital a few times. We were able to get a tour, learn more about patients, and talk to employees. We continue to raise money and host events for them. We are excited to find other ways to help them in the future!
The proceeds from our Masks for COVID and Art Class Initiatives have gone to the Chester County Food Bank. We donated around $2,500 to help feed the needy during the pandemic. When we visited their location, we were able to learn more about what they do for the community and how we can help. We were able to form a partnership with them in which we can help them in several other ways including decorating their food boxes and hosting events related to culinary arts. We look forward to coming up with new ideas with CCFB.
A portion of funds raised from our Cards for Care project has also gone to Children's Miracle Network. Money raised from booths hosted at local Rite Aid Pharmacies has been price-matched by Rite Aid and donated to Children's Miracle Network. We have donated around $1,500 from this effort.
